Hi, I’m Carlos Souza, a passionate English language teacher and teacher trainer with over 25 years of experience in ELT. I’m originally from Brazil and currently based in Sydney, Australia, where I work as a CELTA trainer and ELICOS teacher.
Throughout my career, I’ve taught learners of all ages and backgrounds, mentored teachers, managed academic teams, and designed materials for schools. I’ve also worked as a Cambridge speaking andwork as a Cambridge writing examiner. I hold both the CELTA and DELTA qualifications, along with an MBA in Management and a degree in Pedagogy.
